The brief
Northbound was losing bookings to a clunky third-party widget. They wanted the booking flow to feel like part of their brand, and to own the data behind it.
What was built
A marketing site plus a custom booking flow, frontend and backend.
- Frontend — a quiet, confident site with the booking step built in, not bolted on.
- Backend — availability, payments, and confirmation emails, all first-party.
- Operations — an admin view for managing trips without a developer.
Outcome
Fewer drop-offs, and a booking flow the team is proud to send people to.
